Crema 55 started in November 2005. It is owned and operated by brothers-in-law Jason and Elesther. Both have a strong business sense and very high standards of quality and service. Jason is a professionally trained barista and an expert at creating the ‘crema’ on the top of a great coffee, hence the meaning behind our name. Elesther focuses on the food side of the business. He aims to give clients new food options and takes care of office catering.
What separates Crema 55 from the many other cafes in the city CBD? Our fast and exceptional service! Regular clients will have their coffee ready by the time they reach the counter. Crema 55 was acknowledged for our service by being awarded Cafe of the year in 2008 in the City of Sydney Business Awards. We have been finalists every year since 2005 and we aim to win the title again, hopefully next year.
Crema 55 not only serves exceptional coffee, we also offer breakfast options, light lunches and snacks as well as office catering. With both indoor and undercover outdoor seating, it is the perfect place for breakfast/lunch meetings.
